Northwest Construction Management, Inc. was established in 1998 by Greg Gahan (Vice President, Operations); following challenges he had experienced while previously employed with a national platform lender in locating competent, qualified “construction risk management” professionals in the Northwest. Quick success and the desire to expand the company resulted in his partnering with Kim Gahan (President) shortly thereafter. Greg’s degrees in both engineering and finance combined with 30+ years of direct work experience in construction engineering management, lending regulation compliance, and real estate development are the core foundation of the technical aspects of our services. Kim’s previous background in the financial industry, provides her the skill set to oversee the company’s underlying compliance, staffing, financial, and overall office management requirements. Other staff members provide support in both the field and office.
Our goal is to work in “partnership” with our clients; ever striving to become an integral part of their overall risk management team. We review, analyze, identify risk and offer clear recommendations for mitigation. Our deliverables are concise, “easy to read” and most importantly simple to alter to meet a client’s specific needs. We also pride ourselves on our adherence to a strict code of confidentiality; always maintaining our clients’ privacy as required by their guidelines.
We focus solely on the Northwest Region. This allows us an unprecedented level of expertise and knowledge of the unique issues that confront these markets.
